Shipping and Delivery Policy

iAdvocate is an online software service used in your web browser. No physical goods are sold or shipped, so there are no shipping charges, delivery addresses or courier timelines.

2.1 Your plan is activated on your iAdvocate account as soon as the payment is confirmed — usually within a few minutes.

2.2 The GST tax invoice is emailed to the address on your account and can also be downloaded from your Profile page.

2.3 If your plan is not active within 24 hours of a successful payment, write to accounts@iadvocate.ai with the payment reference and we will activate it or refund the payment.

A digital subscription cannot be exchanged. To move to a different plan, upgrade from your Profile page; cancellations and refunds are covered by our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
